Mashed Potatoes Baked With Cream

another way of making mashed potatoes a little more tasty
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes shopping list
- 1 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese. or sharp if you prefer shopping list
- 1 cup or more cream shopping list
- 1 tbs. minced onion shopping list
How to make it
- boil potatoes and mash them
- mix in onions that have been sauteed in butter.
- add salt -pepper to taste
- put into a casserole dish.
- spread cheese on top
- pour cream over to barely cover potatoes
- bake in a 350 oven until cheese is browned
