Ingredients
- 1 Cup pecans shopping list
- 6 (oz.) Semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- 4 Tablespoon bourbon shopping list
- 8 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 Pound powdered sugar shopping list
- Parafin shopping list
- Combine pecans and the bourbon,let set for about 3 to 4 hours for the pecans to absorb the bourbon flavor. shopping list
- Cream butter,powdered sugr with mixer,add bourbon and pecan mixture. shopping list
- roll mixture into small balls,chill for a couple of hours. shopping list
- Melt chocolate,add a small amount of parafin. shopping list
- Heat untl melted. shopping list
- Dip balls into chocolate and place on wax lined sheet,place in refrigerator for a short while. shopping list
How to make it
