San Francicso Polenta bread

- 1 c sifted flour shopping list
- 1 c polenta -- fine to medium grind, degermed cornmeal shopping list
- 1 Tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 egg -- beaten shopping list
- 1 c milk shopping list
- 1/4 c oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend.
- Pour into 8-inch square pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
- May also be baked in muffin tins.
