This is a recipe that a guy I used to work with would bring into work for Christmas or Special Potlucks. It always was a hit and gone right away. It is easy and has a wonderful flavour and texture to it. Serve it as a spread on GOOD crackers. Cook ti... More

Ingredients
- 2 – 8oz packages of cream cheese - softened
- 1 small can of peaches – drained
- 1 pkg of dry mixed Fruit and Nuts (Like Trail Mix) This needs to be chopped to about the size of peas.
Directions
- Chop up the peaches into small chunks, about the size of peas works well.
- Mix the cream cheese and the peaches together in a bowl.
- When mixed, put this mixture in a shallow serving dish, a dinner plate, or platter will do too.
- Sprinkle the chopped Fruit and Nut mix over the Cream Cheese mixture and chill in the refrigerator to harden again.
- Serve with Good Crackers.
