Ingredients
  • 2 – 8oz packages of cream cheese - softened
  • 1 small can of peaches – drained
  • 1 pkg of dry mixed Fruit and Nuts (Like Trail Mix) This needs to be chopped to about the size of peas.

Directions
  1. Chop up the peaches into small chunks, about the size of peas works well.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and the peaches together in a bowl.
  3. When mixed, put this mixture in a shallow serving dish, a dinner plate, or platter will do too.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped Fruit and Nut mix over the Cream Cheese mixture and chill in the refrigerator to harden again.
  5. Serve with Good Crackers.

This sounds gooooooood

This recipe is excellent! I just so happen to have all the ingredients so I made it tonight and it is delicious! It was a big hit with the grands, they put it on Ritz crackers. I wish I could give it more than a 5 rating.

Sounds great! I like the idea that it's so fast and easy to make, too. Perfect last-minute idea. - Natalie
