Flakey Dill Biscuits

- 2 c flour shopping list
- 3 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2-3 tsp dill weed shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c cold butter shopping list
- 2 eggs,lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 c plus 1 Tbs half and half cream,divided shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl,combine flour,baking powder,dill,salt and pepper. Cut in butter till it resembles coarse crumbs. With a fork,stir in eggs and 1/2 c cream just till moistened.
- Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining cream. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 mins. or till golden brown.
