Can you just use 1 cup of splenda of instead of sugar and splenda , and also use all wheat flour instead of mix

All wheat flour yes, but it will be very dense. as for the splenda you can try but the result will be denser and possibly drier. Good luck!

Jo Jo I tried the cake it is very good but you were right it is a little heavy using the ingredients that I used, but it was still moist. I even made my icing from sugar free fat free choc mousse and it turned out good. Thanks for your help
