Lemon Squares

This bar recipe has a very lemonie taste
Ingredients
- i cup flour shopping list
- 1/2cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- lemon rind shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- i cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the 1st 3 ingredences
- pat into an 8" square pan
- Bake 20 min.in 350 oven
- mix the 6 ingred.together & pour onto baked crust
- Return to oven & bake another 25 min.
- Cool & frost with powdered sugar frosting Or you can
- also used a can of cream cheese frosting.
