Ingredients

1 16 oz can whole kernel corn, drained

1 large tomato, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1/4 tablespoon salt, optional

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

In a large salad bowl. combine first 6 ingredients.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; gently blend into the salad.
