Irish Cream Brownies

- 1 (20 oz) pkg. broenie mix shopping list
- 1/2 c irish cream or Kaluha shopping list
- 1/2 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp milk shopping list
- 2 Tbs irish cream liqueur or Kaluha shopping list
- 1 tsp brewed coffee shopping list
- 1/2 c butter,softened shopping list
- 2 c confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 c toffee baking bits(such as Heath Bar) optional shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x 13" pan
- Stir together brownie mix,1/2 c Irish Cream,vegetable oil and eggs. Spread in pan.
- Bake in preheated oven till top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan,about 30 mins. Remove from oven to cool on wire rack.
- Place milk,2 Tbs Irish Cream and coffee in small icrowave safe bowl. Microwave on high until mixture boils. Set aside to cool completely. Beat butter and confectioners sugar with electric mixer in bowl till smooth. add vanilla and cooled Irish Cream mixture,and beat well. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle evenly with toffee bits.
