    I've been thinking about curing salmon for some time now. Do you eat it like lox on bagels with cream cheese? What else can you do with it? Thanks for the recipe.

    Sounds great - do you cure this at room temperature or in the fridge? Hubby catches lots of salmon - will difinitely give this a try!
