- 1 head of romaine shopping list
- 1 bag of field greens shopping list
- pepperocini shopping list
- banana peppers shopping list
- Greek olives shopping list
- red onions shopping list
- Spanish queen olives with pimento shopping list
- red grapes (in place of tomato to offset the spicy and sour) shopping list
- sliced hard salami shopping list
- sliced ham shopping list
- sliced turkey shopping list
- feta cheese shopping list
- Greek vinaigrette dressing (or vinaigrette of choice) shopping list
How to make it
- Chop romaine and mix with field greens.
- Slice onions, choosing larger circles for presentation.
- Dice green olives, leaving some whole.
- Crumble feta.
- Make rolls with the meat and chop into 1/2 inch slices/spirals.
- Toss dressing with greens and pay on platter.
- Place onions, olives, peppers, and the meat rolls on top, making sure some of everything will be in each serving taken.
- Place red grapes in the center.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.
