How to make it

  • Chop romaine and mix with field greens.
  • Slice onions, choosing larger circles for presentation.
  • Dice green olives, leaving some whole.
  • Crumble feta.
  • Make rolls with the meat and chop into 1/2 inch slices/spirals.
  • Toss dressing with greens and pay on platter.
  • Place onions, olives, peppers, and the meat rolls on top, making sure some of everything will be in each serving taken.
  • Place red grapes in the center.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.
