I try introducing my kids to new foods a lot. They love olives, so I thought we'd try an antipasto salad and they loved it. I couldn't be more thrilled.

  • 1 head of romaine
  • 1 bag of field greens
  • pepperocini
  • banana peppers
  • Greek olives
  • red onions
  • Spanish queen olives with pimento
  • red grapes (in place of tomato to offset the spicy and sour)
  • sliced hard salami
  • sliced ham
  • sliced turkey
