Barbequed Pacific Oysters with Wasabi Mustard Sauce

- 12-16 small- to medium-sized fresh oysters shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Inglehoffer wasabi mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden lemongrass herb Blend* shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden ginger spice Blend* shopping list
- *Note: Gourmet Garden are usually found in the fresh vegetable department of Grocery stores. They come in a squeeze tube. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
- Set oysters aside; stir together remaining ingredients to make Wasabi Mustard Sauce. Set aside.
- When grill is hot, arrange oysters over coals, cooking them for about 6 to 10 minutes. As soon as the oysters open, remove them from the grill. Discard those that do not open. Remove the top shell from each oyster; gently loosen oyster from its base shell. Serve oysters while still hot with a dollop of Wasabi Mustard Sauce.
