How to make it

  • In a food processor, puree beans with enough of the bean liquid or water to make a thick paste.
  • Add garlic and green onion, puree completely.
  • Blend in cream cheese, yogurt and dried herbs.
  • Pulse in artichoke hearts and lemon juice until mixed, then transfer to a bowl or serving dish and chill before using.
