Grandmas Noodles Recipe

These were the noodles we grew up on in our soup.... Now this is comfort!

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- pinch of salt
- Flour
Directions
- Mix wet ingredents
- Add flour into mixture to make a stiff dough
- Roll out flat and spreas on paper or dish towel, hang over back of chair to dry slightly.
- On a cutting board, remove towel or paper and roll up jelly roll style.
- Use a VERY SHARP knife and slice off thick slivers of noodles
- Spread on paper to dry.
- Use this in your chicken stock with carrots, celery onions and parsley... it is like a great big hug!
