How to make it

  • in a large bowl combine sugar and butter, beat until light and fluffy
  • add egg, beat well
  • add flour and cinnamon, mix well
  • cover and refrigerate 1 hour for easy handling.
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • for each cookie:
  • shape dough into a 1 in. ball, place 2 in. apart on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten slightly
  • shape 3 more 1/4 in balls, place 2 balls above and touching the larger ball for the ears, and the last ball on top to resemble a snout
  • bake for 11-15 minutes
  • immediately remove from cookie sheets,
  • lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar
  • press on 2 mini chips for eyes
  • and 1 cinnamon candy on the snout for a nose
