Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a 3quart Sauce Pan boil chunks of potato in water.
  • Chop onion finely and place in a bowl with a sprinkle of water then cook in microwave until limp.
  • Remove potato from the potato water when barely done.
  • Add chicken bouillon to potato water and turn heat to medium high.
  • Add Cheeses (grated and cheese sauce) and beer, stirring constantly.
  • Add Worcester Sauce
  • Add White Pepper
  • Add thickening agent: Mix flour and skim milk until smooth and then gradually blend into main mixture.
  • Cook over medium heat until mixture just begins to thicken.
  • Add cooked diced chicken it you wish.
  • Reduce heat and serve.

    Love the prelude, Mark! Would love the chowder too, but I'd have to use cheddar - can't hack Velveeta. (sorry) Sounds good and easy though! ;')
