Easy Easter Rustica Pie

- •1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie shell shopping list
- •1-1/2 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- •1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- •1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- •2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley shopping list
- •1/4 pound sliced deli genoa salami, cut into small squares shopping list
- •1/4 pound sliced boiled deli ham, cut into small squares shopping list
- •1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg shopping list
- *3 beaten eggs shopping list
- •salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine, eggs, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, parsley, nutmeg and salt and pepper.
- Stir until well combined. Gently stir in the salami and ham.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is slight golden and filling is set.
- Allow pie to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
