My mom make this while I was growing up. She always use cherries to put on top.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. Sugar Frosted Cornflakes, crumbled
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling

Directions
  1. Mix cornflakes and butter in a 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Press firmly and evenly.
  3. Chill.
  4. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, add sweetened milk and blend thoroughly.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  6. Pour into crust and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Top with cherry pie filling and serve.
