Mamas Sauerkraut Salad

I HATE SAUERKRAUT!!! I really cannot stand it. But I love this salad!
Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut (rinsed, drained and cut in 1” pieces) shopping list
- ¼ cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 cup diced pepper shopping list
- ¼ cup diced onion shopping list
- 3 Tbls vinegar shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp celery seed shopping list
- 3 Tbls diced pimentos shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Store covered in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
- Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.

I make one similar to this and love it. You're right, most people who don't like sauerkraut do like this...nice to see a different variation...
