How to make it

  • Chop olives into small rings.
  • Finely grate or paste garlic.
  • Add both to cream cheese with olive juice.
  • Stir to combine and serve with crackers or crostini.

    I almost always grate my garlic now- using a microplane. So much faster than chopping and is especially awesome in recipes where it is raw so you don't have large chunks :)
