Aloha Pork

- 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Arrange pork pieces in a single layer in well greased rectangular baking dish.
- In small bowl mix together ginger, paprika, onion powder and garlic salt.
- Add vinegar and mix well then divide this mixture.
- Brush 1/2 over the pork pieces and bake 15 minutes.
- Turn pork pieces then baste with remaining vinegar mixture and bake 15 minutes longer.
- Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine ketchup, soy sauce, pineapple and brown sugar.
- Spoon pineapple mixture over pork and bake 30 minutes longer then serve immediately.

This recipe is going to be my very next to prepare. I've just moved and don't know many people where I have relocated but this would be perfect for company. Seeing that it's just me, looks like I'll have enough for leftovers and I like leftovers LOL
