Chipolte Cheese Puffs

- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4 tsp chipolte chili powder shopping list
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry,thawed shopping list
- 1 egg,lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 Tbs water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In small bowl,mix togeter cheeses and chili powder. Set aside.
- Place pastry sheet on a lightly floured work surface. Roll out to a 12x10" rectangle. Lightly brush with egg wash. Start at short end and sprinkle 3/4 c cheese mixture over one half of pastry. Fold other half over cheese like a book. Gently press down over cheese. Place on small baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 mins.
- Place pastry on cutting board and trim sides even. Cut into approximately fifty 1" squares. Lightly brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle on remaining cheese. Gently press cheese down so it adheres to pastry.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 mins,until golden. Serve immediately
