How to make it
- Remove all fat and tough membrane from the outside of steak.
- Combine the ingredients for the ( Marinade of choice) in a glass bowl.
- Place the steak in,coat,on both sides.
- Allow the steak to marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, turn it several times to blend the flavors.
- When you are ready to cook, remove from marinate, brush off,and paper towel dry, oil.
- Grill five minutes on each side for Rare.
- After the steak has seared, you may choose to brush it with the marinade while cooking.
- ~ Now it's up to you...place...show...win...Which marinade...for me...it would be the Kentucky Bourbon, but it will have to be a fine Kentucky Bourbon, the steak will profit in flavor when marinated before you grill.Choose premium quality,as you do not want it to be tough. The marinating helps tenderize...but you must grill quickly and slice very thin...for this to win your dinner guests approval ~
- ~ Serve with the Red Wine Sauce ~
