How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Cut potatoes into wedges (one potato=6 wedges).
  • Mix the oil and spices in a bowl.
  • Add potatoes to the bowl and mix.
  • Layer potatoes in a single layer on a sprayed cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle remaining oil over the potatoes.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes.

    This was quick, easy and flavorful. My mate likes Cajun spice so it went over well with him. Me, not a big fan but just went easy on that spice on my portion. Did a small batch in the toaster oven, which worked out well. Would try potato wedges again but with other seasonings. Posted a photo.
