Lemon Rosemary Chicken Breasts

- 1-1/2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt,dicvided shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper,divided shopping list
- 4 (8oz) bone-in chicken breast halves,skinned shopping list
- 1-1/2 c fat-free,low-sodium chicken broth shopping list
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 rosemary sprig shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Heat large skillet over med-high heat,add oil. Sperinkle 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper over chicken. Add chicken;cook 3 mins on each side. Arrange chicken in a 13x9" baking dish
- Bake for 25 mins or till thermometer reads 165. Remove from oven;cover and let stand 15 mins.
- Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add broth,juice and rosemary sprig. Bring to a boil,scraping pan to loosen browned bits ;reduce heat, and simmer 20 mins or till broth mixture measures 1/3 c. Doscard rosemary sprig;stir in remaining 1/4 ts salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Serve sauce with chicken.
- I double the sauce ingredients.
