Rhubarb Crisp

- 4 cups cut-up fresh rhubarb shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar(depending on tartness of rhubarb) shopping list
- 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- light cream or sweetened whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish (10x6x1 1/2 inches)
- Sprinkle with salt
- Measure sugar,flour,& cinnamon into bowl
- Add butter & mix throughly until mixture is crumbly
- Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb
- Bake 40-50 min. or until toping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with light cream
- 350 oven
- I make this every summer & it make a good meal even better!
