Chicken Milanese

- 2 chicken breast cut thinly shopping list
- 2 egg shopping list
- 1 Cup Italian breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 Cup flour shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 Cup oil for Fyring shopping list
- ground black pepper shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
- lemon wedges for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In dish beat eggs with salt and pepper. In a seperate dish place flour. In another dish place bread crumbs. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each peice of chicken (1 at a time) into flour, shake excess off. Next place chicken into egg mixture coating well. Then place chicken into bread crumb mixture and press crumbs onto chicken. Repeat for each peice of chicken.
- In a skillet heat oil until warm. Place 2-3 peices if chicken into pan and fry each side about 2-4 on each side or until golden brown. Place chicken onto baking sheet and place into warm oven to keep until all chicken is ready.
- Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with your favorite pasta dish.
- Note: You can make your own breadcrumbs or buy store brand. To make your own use 3 dried peices of bread, crumble add 1/2 teaspoon basil and thyme.
