Dream Cheesecakes

These heavenly little cheesecakes are easy and delicious! Great for a party! Makes 6 dozen. From Party Recipes from the Charleston Junoir League.
Ingredients
- FILLING shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese, at room temperature shopping list
- 1 1/2 t vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 t vanilla extract shopping list
- Muffin Pans and Cupcake Liners shopping list
How to make it
- FILLING
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line 1 1/2 in muffin tins with paper liners
- Place cream cheese and 1 1/2 t vanilla in large bowl and cream with electric mixer
- Add sugar and eggs and mix well
- Spoon approximately 1 T of the filling into the prepared muffin tins and bake until the tops crack (they will not brown), about 20 minutes
- TOPPING
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well with electric mixer
- Spoon a small amount of topping onto each cheesecake
- Bake about 5 min
- Let cool and refrigerate until ready to serve
