How to make it

  • FILLING
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Line 1 1/2 in muffin tins with paper liners
  • Place cream cheese and 1 1/2 t vanilla in large bowl and cream with electric mixer
  • Add sugar and eggs and mix well
  • Spoon approximately 1 T of the filling into the prepared muffin tins and bake until the tops crack (they will not brown), about 20 minutes
  • TOPPING
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well with electric mixer
  • Spoon a small amount of topping onto each cheesecake
  • Bake about 5 min
  • Let cool and refrigerate until ready to serve
