Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in pan
  • Add onion stir until wilted
  • Add garlic stir for 1 minute
  • Put into a bowl and set aside - mix the rest of the
  • ingredients together in a medium size bowl
  • Add the onion and garlic mix and stir well together
  • Add heaped tablespoons of mix into the hot pan
  • Turn over when the bottoms are medium golden/brown 2mins
  • Cook other side another 2 mins approx.
  • Serve on a bed of greens - watercress or similar
  • Eat YA HEART out big 'M'...:)

    Tried these as a change from meat based burgers and went down a storm! The only problem was that I didn't make enough apparently! Huge thumbs up :O)

    BONZA are Aussie apples.
    Aussie Burgers are made in Australia by an Aussie (moi) with 98% Aussie ingredients - the olive is from Spain. I ate more today and the taste was even better and sooo moist. Hope you try them and woo your friends with a lager beer.
