Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb. of cubed cod fillets
  • 3 oz of dry pasta
  • 2 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 (28 oz) can of crushed tomatoes
  • 6 c. of water
  • 1/2 c. of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. of paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. of ground black pepper

Directions
  1. First you want to add some olive oil in a large pan over medium flame.
  2. Saute the garlic and onions approx. 5 min.
  3. Next you want to add the tomatoes, water, parsley, and cilantro.
  4. Let this come to a boil, the lower to simmer approx. 15 min.
  5. Now you can stir in the Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, paprika and the fish.
  6. You wan to let this simmer over medium flame approx. 10 min.
  7. Then you can add in the pasta and cook another 8 min.
  8. Season wit salt and pepper.
  9. Ladle and serve!

The cilantro (and other seasonoings), cinnamon and tomato combination complements the fish beautifully without overpowering it.
