Fish Stew

- 1 1/2 lb. of cubed cod fillets shopping list
- 3 oz of dry pasta shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 4 cloves of minced garlic shopping list
- 2 chopped onions shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil shopping list
- 1 (28 oz) can of crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 6 c. of water shopping list
- 1/2 c. of chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/2 c. of chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. of paprika shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to add some olive oil in a large pan over medium flame.
- Saute the garlic and onions approx. 5 min.
- Next you want to add the tomatoes, water, parsley, and cilantro.
- Let this come to a boil, the lower to simmer approx. 15 min.
- Now you can stir in the Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, paprika and the fish.
- You wan to let this simmer over medium flame approx. 10 min.
- Then you can add in the pasta and cook another 8 min.
- Season wit salt and pepper.
- Ladle and serve!
