    Not to be outdone by Mal, I made these for a quick dinner. The beans were my own homemade, I used a ciabatta roll, and I also added shredded cheese and a lil parsley. I lightly toasted the bread, just in the oven, to give it a crusty top. The huge airy holes of the ciabatta worked well for this. Easy and tasty and my brother was plenty happy to inhale it with all the familiarity of his Marine days! :) Thanks Ty and Mal for the inspiration! I added my pic.

    Tah dah! You have inspired me to obscenely americanize this english classic! lol. It's easy to look at this recipe and go, "psssht, amateur" if you're a snob, but you know what? It's cheap, filling and good. Add some brown sugar, cilantro, garlic powder and 1/4 cup diced onions to the beans, serve over garlic bread or texas toast with some bacon? You'll impress those same friends when they're sober.

    This gets my 5 forks. Great job, buddy! Keep those recipes comin'.

    okay figured it out for ya! Go to the recipe you want to leave a comment on and go to the bottom. Right under the I Like It! button there are two tabs, All Comments and Your Comments.
