Peaches and Cream Pie

- 3/4 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 small box vanilla pudding shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 (29 oz) can of sliced peaches, drained (reserve syrup) shopping list
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. Reserved peach syrup shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients, flour, salt, soda and pudding. Add milk, butter and egg. Press into a 10 inch deep dish pie pan. Arrange the peaches on top. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Add 3 Tbsp. Peach syrup. Beat again, spread over peaches, Combine 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar and 1 tsp, cinnamon and sprinkle over the cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
