Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  • Line a deep 19 cm square cake pan with foil. I use baking paper.
  • Spread macadamia pieces on an oven tray, put tray in oven and bake/cook for 5 minutes or until light golden. Remove and allow to cool.
  • Melt butter in pan.
  • Add golden syrup, sugar and condensed milk.
  • Stir over a low heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins, stirring occassionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in milk melts and macadamia pieces.
  • Spoon fudge mixture into a prepared tin/pan. Allow fudge to set and then cut into squares.
  • Serve :o)

Great post and appropriate, as mac nuts are indigenous to Aussie. Thanks for the post. RJ
