Raspberry Topped Lemon Pie

- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 6oz prepared graham cracker crust shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen raspberries, thawed shopping list
- 1TBSP.cornstarch shopping list
- whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 In large bowl, with mixer, beat egg yolks &
- sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
- Stir in lemon juice. Pour into crust & bake 30 min.
- In sauce pan combine, raspberries & cornstarch; cook & stir
- until mixture thickens & is clear. Spoon on top of pie.
- Chill @ least 4hr.
- Top with whipped topping. Garnish as desired
- Store leftovers covered in refrigerator
