How to make it

  • Rinse ham to remove excess salt
  • Thoroughly pat dry
  • Fry ham until barely crispy around edges
  • Bake biscuits according to package directions
  • Split biscuits
  • Put one or two pieces of ham in each biscuit
  • Serve warm
