Ingredients
- Per person shopping list
- 1 oz. light rum shopping list
- 1 oz. dark rum shopping list
- 1 oz. Tia Maria shopping list
- 4 oz. pineapple juice shopping list
- 2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 2 oz. orange juice OR shopping list
- 2 oz. apricot nectar OR both shopping list
- Crushed ice shopping list
- *Easily doubled, tripled or quadrupled ;) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker OR stirrer and pour into a LARGE wine glass or a tall tumbler filled with lots of crushed ice.

A nice tropical drink. I love one of these on a balmy afternoon. Twenty plus years in Hawaii taught me that more than one concoction like this gives me acid indigestion. Love that one though. Great post. RJ
