How to make it

  • Slice the cabbage and red bell pepper into long, very thin strips. Finely mince the onion. Grate the carrot.
  • Put all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  • In a medium-sized serving bowl, place all of the vegetables. Pour the dressing over them, and mix well.
  • Cover the slaw and let it sit in the fridge for at least one hour so that all of the flavors blend well...and Serve.4
