I finally made this! It was really delicious. I used a smoked bratwurst I found. I'm not sure how Portuguese this would be, but I think I would add some onions to the mix next time. I loved the fried bread! I'm going to heat up one and put a poached egg on it for lunch today. Thank you! :)
