Tequila Marinade

Wonderful tasting tequila marinade. Great for fish or chicken. Good balance of sweetness and acidity. Splash a little extra on food just before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 c tequila shopping list
- 2 thin sliced jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1 finely chopped shallot shopping list
- 2 finely choppped garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/2 c olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 c cilantro leaves shopping list
- juice of 2 limes shopping list
- 1/4 c honey shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and marinate shrimp or chicken in it. Shrimp-1 hour,chicken-2 to 4 hours.
