(Pic of How I Used This Salsa) I Used Mine On Top of Grilled Mojo Chicken Breast and Had Lime & Chili Grilled Corn and A Red Leaf Lettuce Salad w/Cherry Tomatoes and Raspberry Vinaigrette As Sides!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups chopped fresh sweet pineapple shopping list
- 1 small sweet onion (diced) shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper (diced) shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper (diced) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper (optional) or 1 teaspoon chopped jar jalapeno shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Combine All of the Above
- Serve This with Grilled Fish, Chicken or Pork...
