Grilled Cajun Blue Burgers

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 tsp. cajun seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. yellow mustard shopping list
- 4 toasted hamburger buns shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
- sliced tomato shopping list
- sliced onion shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare grill. Shape ground beef into 4 patties, about 4 ounces each. Season patties on both sides with the Cajun seasoning. Lightly coat the grill rack with nonstick spray. Place the beef patties on the rack and grill about 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through. Meanwhile, stir together the mayonnaise, blue cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Place the grilled burgers on the bottom bun halves. Spoon the blue cheese mixture over the burgers. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and the top bun half. Serve burgers immediately.

Different enough to give this a try. The amount of blue cheese seems okay. American mustard is junk but that's easy to fix. Thanks for the post. RJ
