Was very good. The barbecue sauce keeps it from getting dry and adds a lot of flavor. Used Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet and Spicy bbq sauce. Topped burgers with aged cheddar and some extra bbq and a few sliced of bacon. Only time hubby didn't complain about a dry turkey burger. He really liked it.
