Crab Canopes Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut crust of bread
  • cut bread into quarters
  • place on baking tray and toast under broiler.. carefull!
  • mix up ingredients except egg whites
  • whip egg whites to stiff fluffyness
  • fold in egg whites to mixture
  • flip over toast corners and cover with mix
  • sprinkle more cheese on top
  • put under broiler till they rise a bit and brown
  • Eat Eat Eat and be merry ;)

    LOL, apparently I need to spell check my dishes.. I usually just whip 'em off in between phone calls at my office so there may be some type-o's. :) sp was the later half of "table spoon",cub is definately cup and normal tuna sized can.. the smaller one but go bigger for more crabbyness!

    1 can crab (what size?)
    What is sp mayo?
    I assume cub means cup?
    These ingredients sound delicious I just want to make sure I mix it properly. THX :)
