How to make it

  • heat oven up to about 200-220
  • peel and cut up taters into chips (like short fries)
  • put em in a roasting pan and cover em good with oil shake em up so it gets all over them
  • put em in the oven for about 30- 40 minutes till there just about done (nice and golden) maybe filp em around about half way through
  • then scooch em over and crack the eggs there and put them back in till eggs are done then salt them up
  • i like to fry my eggs seperate though cause i like em fried good on both sides but either way its a classic U.K. dish so serve with a pot a tea;-)
