Coconut Brownies

This recipe tranforms bisquick into brownies in a blink of an eye
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick® baking mix -- or All Purpose Mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup Chopped nuts -- (pecans are great!) shopping list
- 1 cup coconut flakes shopping list
- 1 pound brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, stir ingredients together until well-mixed.
- Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 - 45 minutes.

- To freeze for later use, wrap cooled brownies, UNcut, tightly in freezer wrap or foil; label and freeze for up to 3 months.
