Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Mix fruit, nuts, salt and chocolate together in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Thoroughly butter each layer of phylo or yufka and stack on top of each other and cut into 4 pieces. Cover with a cloth.
  • Take one stack of the dough and put about 1/4 of the nut mixture in the center. Fold in the edges to cover the filling and carefully place on baking paper on a cookie sheet with the folded side on the bottom.
  • When all are done, brush with butter and place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
