Ingredients
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp, vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Pie crust if desired_ Make pie crust brush crust with little milk and bake 10 minutes before adding filling
- Whip all custard ingredient together pour into reg size pie pn
- Place in top rack of oven
- On bottom rack place another pan filled halfway up with water
- Bake pie at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
- Turn oven down to 350 and bake additional 30-40 minutes
- until knife inserted comes out clean
