Raspberry Angel Cake

- 1 (16oz) package one-step angel food cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 small package sugar-free raspberry flavored gelatin shopping list
- 1 (12oz) package frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare cake according to package directions
- Fold in extracts
- Spoon two-thirds of the batter into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan
- Add gelatin powder to remaining batter
- Drop by tablespoons over the batter
- Cut through with a knife to swirl
- Bake according to package directions
- Immediately invert pan onto wire rack
- Cool completely, about 1 hour
- Carefully run a knife around sides of pan to remove cake
- Cut into slices Combine raspberries with sugar and serve over cake
