White Chocolate Cherry Brownie Cheesecake

- Use chocolate crust-see crust page shopping list
- 1 box favorite brownie mix(I prefer Ghirardelli Dark) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup maraschino cherry halves, drained shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 10 oz. white chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 1 teas. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare brownie mix according to box.
- Bake in prepared pan, but bake 5 minutes less than instructions.
- Let cool, it will be a bit underdone, but works this way.
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in melted chocolate.
- Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Layer cherries evenly over brownie.
- Pour batter over cherries.
- Bake at 350^ for 1 hour.
- Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
