White Chocolate Cherry Brownie Cheesecake Recipe

How to make it

  • Prepare brownie mix according to box.
  • Bake in prepared pan, but bake 5 minutes less than instructions.
  • Let cool, it will be a bit underdone, but works this way.
  • Preheat oven to 350^.
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in melted chocolate.
  • Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Layer cherries evenly over brownie.
  • Pour batter over cherries.
  • Bake at 350^ for 1 hour.
  • Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
