Cinnamon Bread

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 Jumbo egg (or large) shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk (You can use whole milk) shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Do not overbeat, but mix well.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out almost clean - we like ours a bit moist.
- Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes then remove from loaf pan.
- Completely cool before slicing.
- Store in air tight container to maintain freshness.

This was easy and good. Used 1 cup of " IDEAL Sugar Substitute" and it turned out well. It is now in my permanent recipe box! Thank you.
