How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan.
  • Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Do not overbeat, but mix well.
  • Pour into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out almost clean - we like ours a bit moist.
  • Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes then remove from loaf pan.
  • Completely cool before slicing.
  • Store in air tight container to maintain freshness.
